Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage lifecycle for experienced hires across regions. You will partner with regional BU leaders, post requisitions on ATS, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage background checks and onboarding.

A strong focus on DEI and building diverse talent pipelines is essential. You will collaborate with HR and BU Operations to expedite internal mobility and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in construction or large organizations
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing preferred

Responsabilités

• Promote company culture, values, and DEI across Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and fill requisitions timely.
• Manage lifecycle from posting to onboarding, including background checks and offers.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Engage talent via social media and resume databases.
• Administer DEI programs to attract diverse applicants.
• Partner with HR/Operations to facilitate internal mobility and transfers.
• Utilize data mining to identify internal candidates for opportunities.
