Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the lifecycle for experienced hires within the Sports division. You will collaborate with regional BU hiring managers to define talent needs, post requisitions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee onboarding while advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of recruiting experience, with preference for construction industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Experience with construction or large organizations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and support D&I initiatives across TA team.
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements.
• Manage talent acquisition lifecycle: post requisitions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent using multiple sourcing methods.
