Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Atlanta seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full lifecycle for regional, experienced hires. You will partner with BU hiring managers, manage postings, screening, and offers while building diverse talent pools and facilitating onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and operations, internal mobility, and continuous improvement of TA processes using modern sourcing methods and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in construction or similar industries preferred.
• PHR/SHRM CP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TA policies and processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and social media recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition lifecycle for business unit requisitions for experienced hires in the region.
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define needs and fill requisitions promptly.
• Post requisitions in ATS, source, screen, shortlist, interview, and extend offers.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline and engage external candidates.
• Partner with HR/Operations to promote internal mobility and onboarding.
