Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Nashville, TN seeks an Experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the lifecycle for regional requisitions. You will partner with BU leaders and HR to define needs, post and screen candidates, and drive interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The role emphasizes diversity and inclusion, proactive talent pipelining, and use of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, or equivalent
• Construction or construction-related industries experience preferred in mid-size organizations
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Good understanding of business and construction operations
• Knowledge of HR Talent Acquisition policies, operations, and processes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms preferred
• High energy self-starter with advanced Talent Acquisition skills and ability to prioritize demands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills
• Ability to interact with all employee levels and candidates
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Implement new TA programs with attention to detail and deadlines
• Solid problem solving and analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Promote culture and D&I within Talent Acquisition and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and fill requisitions promptly
• Manage TA lifecycle: post on ATS/social media, screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Research, identify, and engage talent via social media and resume databases
• Administer D&I programs to attract diverse talent pools
• Build relationships with HR and BU Operations teams and stakeholders
• Partner with HR/Operations to expedite internal mobility and transfers
• Utilize ETS data mining to identify internal candidates
• Contribute lean concepts and continuous improvement ideas
• Identify new strategies to attract applicants with BU leaders and marketing
• Participate in company-wide HR initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
