Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Decatur, AL, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades within the region. You will post requisitions in the ATS and on social platforms, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and drive onboarding while promoting D&I across teams.

Collaborate with regional hiring managers, HR and operations to define needs, maintain a diverse talent pipeline, and implement continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field with 3 years of TA experience.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition lifecycle for requisitions in the region.
• Collaborate with regional hiring managers to define needs and requirements.
• Post requisitions on ATS and social platforms; screen and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage background checks and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline and promote D&I.
