Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to manage the lifecycle for experienced hires within the region.

You will collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs, post requisitions in the ATS, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers, manage background checks, and onboard new hires while promoting Turner’s culture and D&I initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field; 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Construction industry experience or experience with large organizations preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Good understanding of business and construction operations.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and support D&I initiatives.
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements.
• Post requisitions in ATS, screen applicants, share shortlists with managers, schedule interviews, create offers, manage background checks, and onboard new hires.
• Proactively build and maintain pipeline of qualified talent across platforms.
• Engage talent using social media platforms and resume databases to fill open requisitions.
• Administer D&I programs to attract diverse applicant pools.
• Build relationships with HR and BU Operations teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Support internal mobility and transfer opportunities across regions and BUs.
