Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires across regions. The role supports HR, operations and BU leaders, with preference for those near Turner offices within the United States.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, manage requisitions in ATS and social platforms, conduct interviews, extend offers, oversee background checks and onboarding, and drive internal mobility and adaptability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Construction or related industries experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values and D&I across TA team
• Collaborate with regional BU hiring managers to define talent needs
• Manage recruitment lifecycle: post requisitions, screen, shortlist, interview, offers, background checks, onboarding
• Build and maintain pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
• Research and engage talent via social platforms and resume databases
• Administer D&I programs to attract diverse talent pools
• Partner with HR/Operations teams and hiring managers to facilitate internal mobility
• Utilize ETS to identify internal candidates and mobility opportunities
• Contribute ideas to improve TA effectiveness and reduce waste
• Develop strategies to attract applicants and promote Turner as Employer of Choice
