Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires across regional business units in the Nashville area.

You will collaborate with BU hiring managers, lead posting and screening activities, drive sourcing strategies, and support internal mobility while promoting Turner’s culture and D&I initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Construction or construction-related industries experience preferred in mid-size organizations
• PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred
• Good understanding of business and construction operations
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms preferred
• High energy self-starter with advanced Talent Acquisition skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with regional BU hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements to fill requisitions promptly
• Manage talent acquisition lifecycle: posting on ATS and social platforms, screen applicants, share shortlists, schedule interviews, create offers, manage background checks, onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent using multiple sourcing techniques
• Engage talent via social media platforms and resume databases
• Administer D&I programs to attract diverse applicant pools
• Partner with HR/Operations teams and BU leaders to expedite internal mobility and transfers
• Utilize ETS data mining to identify internal candidates
• Contribute ideas to improve overall TA effectiveness and lean practices
