Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the recruitment lifecycle for regional requisitions in the Nashville area. You will work with BU hiring managers to identify needs, source candidates, and drive interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and Operations, leveraging ATS and social platforms to build diverse pipelines and expedite internal mobility where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Construction or construction-related industries experience preferred in mid-size organizations
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Good understanding of business and construction operations
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms preferred
• High energy self-starter with advanced Talent Acquisition skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and diversity initiatives across the TA team.
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and requisitions.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle: post requisitions, screen, shortlist, interview, and onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Engage candidates via social media and resume databases.
• Partner with HR and BU Operations to support mobility and transfers.
• Utilize ETS data mining to identify internal candidates with mobility potential.
• Contribute to process improvements in Talent Acquisition.
