Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead a diverse team on Starbase Infrastructure projects in Wisconsin. You will supervise field operations, manage site logistics, and ensure safety policies are followed to meet project deadlines.

You will coordinate with engineering and project management to develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and track progress while maintaining a daily operations log and ensuring site cleanliness and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project with responsibilities including supervision of a team and coordination of schedules.
• Oversee procurement and execution of construction projects, gather proposals, assign contracts, and develop final cost and schedule.
• Triage issues, ensure safety policies are followed, and maintain daily logs of site operations.
