Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary construction projects at Starbase and other facilities. You will own design, build, and activation of infrastructure, managing scope, cost, and schedule from start to finish.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring safety, regulatory approvals, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 1+ years of field experience, or 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations; mark up coordination items.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors and managing cost/schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily coordination to contractors and manage critical path work to maintain schedules.
• Ensure safety, regulatory approvals, and field quality while resolving design and construction conflicts in real time.
