Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Facilities to lead and supervise a team of laborers and contractors on Starbase infrastructure projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, logistics, and safety programs to meet aggressive schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating field activities, and overseeing procurement, cost and schedule controls for multiple projects. Travel and extended hours may be necessary in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics to meet project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-pots, rental equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate daily field activities and resolve conflicts among contractors and internal partners.
• Oversee procurement and execution of sub-projects, including budgeting and proposals.
• Develop final cost and schedule for sub-projects and implement controls.
