Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead a team on Starbase infrastructure projects. You will supervise laborers and contractors, coordinate logistics, manage assets, and enforce SpaceX safety policies to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Field supervision of a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers is preferred.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying disciplines.
• Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision on a fast-paced, high impact construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to site logistics/operations, including work schedules and resources.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to meet broader goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets and enforce safety policies on site.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management to create and update schedules.
• Maintain a daily log of site operations and reporting to management.
