Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Mechanical to lead a team on Starbase infrastructure projects. You will supervise laborers and contractors, manage site logistics, and enforce safety standards while coordinating with engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team handling site logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics to meet schedules.
• Manage construction assets (trailers, porta-potties, equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate with engineers and project management; maintain daily logs.
• Oversee procurement and execution of sub-projects with budget and schedule controls.
