Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Facilities, to lead and supervise a team of laborers and contractors on the Starbase Infrastructure project. You will oversee site logistics, schedules, and material management to enable timely construction and activation of infrastructure.

Your role focuses on enforcing safety policies, coordinating with engineering and PM, and ensuring efficient operation even during night shifts or extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project and manage scheduling, progress, and resources.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics to support project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-pots, rental equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive a safety culture on site.
• Coordinate daily field operations and resolve contractor/internal conflicts.
• Handle site logistics: deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage and staging of materials.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and develop worker/subcontractor schedules with engineering and PM.
• Maintain a daily log of operations and report to management as needed.
