Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Mechanical to lead a multi-discipline team on the Starbase Infrastructure project. You will supervise laborers and contractors, manage site logistics, and enforce SpaceX safety policies across fast-paced construction activities.

You will plan schedules, coordinate with engineering and facilities teams, and maintain daily operations logs while overseeing procurement and execution of sub-projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Field experience supervising a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to site logistics and resources.
• Plan, implement and enforce construction site logistics to meet schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets and safety policies.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management to create schedules.
• Maintain a daily log of site operations and report to management.
