SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site teams at Starbase, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and contractor coordination for complex infrastructure projects.

You will enforce safety policies, manage assets, and collaborate with engineering and project management to keep work moving toward milestone dates. A strong field background in construction and a proven ability to adapt in a high-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Field experience in a technical field or supervising a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers.
• Experience with project management, scheduling software, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project and staff.
• Plan, implement and enforce construction site logistics to enable project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-potties, rental equipment, etc.).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and internal partners and resolve conflicts.
• Manage site logistics including deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage and staging of materials.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations and report to management.
• Provide budgetary cost estimates, solicit proposals, and manage sub-project contracts.
• Adjust operations to meet deadlines while maintaining schedule and quality.
