Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor for Facilities to lead a field team on Starbase infrastructure projects. You will supervise laborers and contractors, manage site logistics, and ensure safety policies are enforced to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Experience supervising multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision on a fast-paced project.
• Manage construction site logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee procurement and execution of sub-projects; provide budget estimates.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management for schedules.
• Maintain daily job-site log and reporting.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety culture is encouraged.
• Supervise night shift contractors when required.
