Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Superintendent for Starbase Infrastructure to supervise and lead field teams on a high-impact project.

You will own day-to-day site operations, drive safety culture, and coordinate with engineering and project management to meet deadlines. The role requires strong leadership, experience in construction management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Lead a team of laborers and contractors; manage schedules and resources.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to meet project goals and schedules.
• Ensure construction assets, safety policies, and daily field coordination.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and coordinate with engineering and PM teams.
• Coordinate with end users and facilities for building operations.
