Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region, based in Wisdom, MT. The role oversees projects, provides direction, mentors Foreman and crews, and ensures safety, quality, productivity, and profitability to meet customer requirements.

The Superintendent works closely with crews, subcontractors, customers, and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships and safety standards. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations near utilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor Foreman and crews.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements on projects.
• Direct and mentor Foreman, crews, and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations and perform evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors for approval and manage their performance.
• Plan pre-mmobilization and mobilization of crews and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and change orders.
• Maintain daily project logs and documentation.
