JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region to lead crews, oversee projects, and mentor Foreman. The role requires extensive travel and a focus on safety, quality, and productivity to meet customer requirements.

You will manage staffing, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project contracts while maintaining strong relationships with customers, engineers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for Foreman and crews.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets are met.
• Review logs, time reports, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and engineers.
