Qualifications

• Formal education includes a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigate incidents to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Coordinate and manage the site, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Oversee project budget, costs and cost reports.
• Ensure quality compliance through specifications, QA/QC and external resources.
• Support project closeouts with pre-punch activities and owner coordination.
