Job summary

NCW is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join our Construction Craft division in Indianapolis. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and act as the liaison between talent and account representatives. You’ll build a diverse pipeline, evaluate candidates, and drive successful placements.

You’ll conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure post-placement follow-up, while maintaining high-volume outreach and documentation in our ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Interpersonal skills and confidence in negotiating
• Creativity to develop unique sourcing strategies for each role
• Independence + willingness to take initiative
• Demonstrated ability to navigate applicant tracking/customer relationship management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar
• Experience with high-volume cold-calling and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding and terms negotiations
• Source candidates using various tools to maintain a steady talent pipeline
• Screen candidates and make hiring decisions based on skills and experience
• Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate scheduling
• Facilitate skill assessments and background verifications
• Conduct post-placement evaluations and administrative tasks
• Manage your talent pipeline through ATS/CRM and maintain activity to hit goals
