Qualifications

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing.
Experience engaging passive candidates and initial qualification conversations.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined dispositioning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
Build and maintain proactive pipelines across current and anticipated searches.
Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult roles and improve pipeline quality.
Conduct initial qualification screens at top-of-funnel level.
Hand off qualified pipelines to the TA Partner with market context attached.
Draft and personalize outreach at volume using AI tooling.
Compile sourcing insights: talent availability, market signals and dynamics.
Document sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines and metrics.
Maintain data hygiene and adhere to response timelines and CoE playbook.
