ICON is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to own requisitions from search to signed offer, setting strategy, running the market, and closing talent independently. You will work with a senior TA Partner as a strategic sounding board, using AI to compress workflow and accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, agency, or executive search.
• Proven ability to own requisitions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong candidate assessment skills and ability to present calibrated slates.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions end-to-end, setting strategy, sourcing, screening, and guiding offers.
• Source passive candidates across platforms; conduct in-depth screens and present summaries.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full lifecycle and coordinate with hiring leaders on offers.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up screening, summaries, and scheduling.
