Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect for the Construction vertical in a field-based role. You will drive B2B strategy, develop solution sales motions, and lead cross-functional teams to close opportunities across the Construction sector.

You will engage with key clients, tailor industry insights, and guide the full lifecycle of solutions from pilot to scale, traveling up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience and 6+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience and deep knowledge of Construction vertical including business practices, trends, technology needs and partner ecosystem.
• Executive presence and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop vertical-based solution sales motions for Construction to drive sales of Fixed Wireless Access, OneTalk, Security, and Strategic Phones.
• Increase market penetration, account retention, and new account acquisition via collaboration with business leaders, marketing, product, and technical sales teams.
• Serve as vertical solution and strategy lead for the Business Markets segment and drive end-to-end solution lifecycle from pilot to adoption.
• Identify, propose, and manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and partner strategy to win opportunities.
• Meet with key B2B clients as an industry expert to present trends and position Verizon solutions to business pains.
• Coordinate account mapping with Sales teams and ensure thorough documentation and timely follow-up.
