Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a full-time day shift based in Cumberland, Bridgeport, AL. You will oversee worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management on customer construction sites, working with leadership to ensure smooth operations and safety.

The role is field-based with travel to multiple sites, requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support clients and the Sitemetric team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure with early start hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of handling complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibilities for customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and logs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs for one-time or ongoing projects.
