Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for a part-time day shift in Sidney, OH. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access across construction sites, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and safety.

The role requires a valid Guard Card, flexibility for shift-based hours, and strong customer-service skills to support clients and workers on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and count workers.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and logs.
• Ad hoc access control duties to support customers.
