Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to ensure secure, efficient operations at construction sites. You will manage registration, badging, and site access, while coordinating parking, visitors and deliveries, and providing on-site support to customers and the Sitemetric team.

This is a field-based, shift-driven role requiring travel across sites in the US. You will work closely with leadership and must be prepared for varying schedules, with strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Adaptable and able to work across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging.
• Ensure proper site access controls and headcount records.
• Coordinate parking, visitor and delivery management.
• Provide tech support and troubleshoot access control issues.
• Support customers and Sitemetric team on-site as needed.
• Attend to ad hoc access control tasks to assist customers.
