Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to support on-site operations at our Boling-Iago job sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while providing tech support and ensuring site safety and security across multiple sites.

Flexibility in shift times is required and TOPS guard card is needed for Texas. The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and proactive service to ensure excellent customer experiences on construction

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in taking on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and record headcounts for customers.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor park­ing pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one‑time and ongoing access control needs.
