Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team in Lancaster, TX. This full-time afternoon shift role focuses on worker registration, badging, and maintaining site security across customer construction sites.

The position requires strong customer service experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel. Guard Card TOPS for Texas is required, with benefits including health/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience across demanding environments.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation with ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic settings.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges beyond assigned duties.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified for all entrants.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking area compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
