Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer to ensure site security and smooth operations at customer construction sites in Lancaster, TX. The role requires in-person work, handling worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management with a proactive, professional approach.

The position is shift-based with travel across sites as needed. A valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) is required and flexibility in hours is essential to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control and worker registration.
• Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount.
• Provide parking, visitor, and delivery management support.
• Offer in-person support for customers and Sitemetric team on access control.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
