Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site construction projects across the local area. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery workflows while ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt to shift-based schedules. Field-based, with travel within the U.S. as needed. Guard Card (TOPS) for Texas is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to follow SOPs in English
• Proactive approach to supporting customers and site teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work in varying shift-based schedules

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and verify identities.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts tracked.
• Parking Management: issue and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
