Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for day shift to support construction sites across the local area. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor/delivery coordination with strong emphasis on safety and site security.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, travel may be required, and an active Guard Card is required for the state you apply to. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits for part-time and full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing under state laws.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking additional responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to supporting customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control for all entrants.
• Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity.
• Manage parking passes and compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries; maintain logs.
• Provide support for worker registration and tech troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad hoc access control tasks.
