Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time) to support our customer construction sites in Floydada, TX. You will be responsible for worker registration, badging, and site access control, ensuring security and smooth operations on diverse job sites.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong English communication and the ability to adapt to shift-based schedules. Travel across sites and compliance with guard card requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience demonstrating professionalism under pressure.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage site access per security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, maintain logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and related tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs for customers and sites.
