Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a part-time day shift at Boling-Iago, TX. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries on customer construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong customer-service skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work a shift-based schedule. Travel to multiple sites may be required and a valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging at the site.
• Oversee parking management, visitors, and deliveries with accurate logs.
• Provide in-person access control support and resolve issues on site.
• Coordinate with customers and Sitemetric team to uphold site security requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
