Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Group is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities team to collaborate with project teams on developing and updating schedules. The role emphasizes disciplined planning, site reviews, and coordination with Lean and pull planning processes.

You will work with the project team to ensure accurate scheduling, training support, and development of best practices in scheduling across large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in all phases of planning and scheduling, including baseline and updates.
• Ensures alignment with scheduling software and pull planning.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports training and development within the group.
• Develops best practices for scheduling efforts.
• Provides planning support to operations and other functions.
