Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group. You will collaborate with project teams to prepare and update schedules, review sequencing, and support planning activities across Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a background in construction management or related field, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team
• Participates in all phases of scheduling, including baseline and updates
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software for scheduling tasks
• Assists with training content for scheduling
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling
• Reviews job sites to update schedules based on status
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment
