Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Scheduler Core professional to build and update schedules with project teams. The role supports planning, sequencing, and schedule optimization across large Industrial, Data Center, and Manufacturing projects.

You will use JE Dunn scheduling software, participate in Lean and Pull Planning, and assist with training and report preparation while collaborating across operations, marketing and IPS functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the scheduling process, including baseline and ongoing updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software knowledge.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and with training material preparation.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning by aligning CPM with pull plan results.
• Prepares various project reports as required.
