Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Scheduler to collaborate with project teams on critical schedules for large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will build, update and review CPM schedules, leveraging JE Dunn software and Lean practices.

You’ll participate in planning, training and cross-functional reviews, visiting job sites to ensure accurate scheduling and timely updates that align with pull plans and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in proposal, baseline and ongoing schedule updates.
• Assists with training content for scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with schedule alignment.
