Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 2 to support advanced facilities projects. The role focuses on creating, updating and reviewing schedules for large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor programs.

You will work with cross-functional teams on site, mentor teammates, and ensure schedule integrity. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of planning experience, a construction-focused degree, and strong knowledge of scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments diplomatically.
• Participates in all planning stages, including baseline and updates.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software for planning.
• Assists with and conducts scheduling training.
• Helps develop best practices for scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Attends project-related meetings when schedule is discussed.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepares various project reports as required.
• Adds resource and cost loading as needed.
