Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group to lead project scheduling efforts across Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will collaborate with teams to develop baseline schedules and refresh updates, ensuring alignment with pull plans and cost loading as needed.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years scheduling experience, a degree in construction-related field, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 0-2 years scheduling experience is required.
• Experience reading plans and coordinating with project teams is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments diplomatically.
• Participates in planning, baseline and ongoing schedule updates.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software to support project timelines.
• Supports training for JE Dunn scheduling practices.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Assists with report preparation for assigned projects.
