Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler within the Advanced Facilities Group to support project teams across the country on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will build and maintain schedules, review sequencing, and support lean planning with direct collaboration across operations and project teams.

The role requires up to 2 years of scheduling experience, a degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments diplomatically
• Participates in all phases of scheduling including baseline schedules and updates
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions and aligns CPM with pull plans
• Visits job sites to review status and update project schedules
• Creates and reviews various reports for projects
