Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler within the Advanced Facilities Group to build and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project team. The role focuses on applying best practices, ensuring alignment with pull plans, and utilizing JE Dunn scheduling tools to support project success.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong MS Office and communication skills to clearly report on progress and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including proposal and baseline schedules.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training content and delivery for scheduling.
• Develops best practices for JE Dunn planning and scheduling efforts.
• Visits job sites regularly to review status and update schedules.
• Attends project meetings where scheduling is discussed.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepares various reports for assigned projects.
