Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group to build and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project teams. You will review plans, update progress, and align CPM with pull planning results across large Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years scheduling experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office and scheduling software skills. Expect client-facing interactions, site reviews, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing updates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and content preparation for training.
• Supports development of best practices for JE Dunn planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Attends project meetings where schedule is discussed.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepares various reports for assigned projects.
• Adds resource and cost loading as needed.
• Provides scheduling support to operations, marketing and other IPS functions.
