Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Scheduler within its Advanced Facilities Group to collaboratively build and maintain project schedules across industrial and manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of scheduling experience, strong communication, and comfort with JE Dunn scheduling software and MS Office. The role may involve travel and non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read plans and understand drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in all phases of planning, baseline and updates.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning with CPM alignment.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
