Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a sales-driven consultant to grow our residential and light commercial accounts in West Palm Beach. You will identify prospects, present proposals, and build trusted relationships while delivering energy-efficient insulation and building materials solutions.

The role is field-based with heavy local travel (>50%). You will need a hunter mentality to meet monthly targets and collaborate with a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs.
• Understand the market that you serve, monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
