TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts. The role emphasizes meeting monthly sales targets and building trusted customer relationships.

A strong candidate has 3+ years in building products sales and a drive to develop new business while visiting job sites and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license if driving for work.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs at sale inception.
• Oversee the customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
