Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to grow our insulation and building material product lines with residential and light commercial customers. You will identify prospects, craft proposals, and close deals while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Travel locally (>50%) and flexible schedule as required.
