TruTeam in Utah is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell insulation and building materials to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, generate and follow up on leads, and present proposals.

Travel >50% locally with flexible evenings/weekends as needed. The role requires 3+ years of building products sales, a valid driver's license, and a strong drive to exceed targets while ensuring site safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate/follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Understand market conditions and monitor competitors and pricing.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs at sale inception.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
